Hello, how are you ? I hope you are fine, because if you are not you can’t help me 🙂

So here – in a website i administrate and made using your theme, in the footer there is a link with is pointing to the facebook profile of the page, with which is the main way we let people know about our products. The link is what i call the promotion’s link and it is making connection and directing to a page with a arrange of the products by it’s price. When i grab the link[copy-paste it] to the facebook page it makes a post and the link from the post works, but it shows no photo. Check the screenshot please.

The facebook page doesn’t give access to make a change of the photo so i gusse it comes from the website.

So how we can make it to displays a photo?

Hello,

This is the link to your products page and this page doesn’t have main image to display. But you may use SEO plugin to set such image for the page.

Look, i wiouldn’t ask you silly questions, and i woulden’t even bother you, but i leave all by my self, and take care for my girl, dog, and my flowers, so pls if you can just give me more detailed infromation, something like step by step guid if you can.

Ok, so as it goes:

As it’s said in the first replay, I had check for plugins, and find a lot of things but nothing, that resolves my problem.

The little “Quick featured image” plugin can make featured images only for posts and pages, but the content of the page with low arrangement of the prices, is not a “In theme page created with the WP create page option”, but is a simply generated URL by it’s preference[my preferences in my case are “sort products by lower cost”].

The other thing i tried was to create a simple page and set a featured image to the page, but the “barrier” in here is that i can’t change the URL of the page to page to “lower prices arrangement”.

Another thing i had in mind was to set a tag in a widget of the footer, but it creates only image inside the home page and it displays no image in the FB profile when you create post. The effect in fact is really cute[check the home page first footer are in http://www.melinafashion.com] to see what i mean. In fact you might add this to your documentation, it is really nice trick, but it don’t resolve my problem.

So why I’m posting again here? You said that you do strictly to problems referred to your theme, and i saw a free themes that have features like that from other companies.

Here is a another website i had made – http://www.podkrepa-plovdiv.com . With it’s old theme – Catch Everest – free responsive WP theme it was displaying image without doing any set of settings, installing plugins etc. Now the website uses tCorpo – premium WP theme, and again it displays image when you post in FB the URL of the website, without making any custom settings, install plugins or whatever. You can check it if you want – copy the http://www.podkrepa-plvodiv.com URL and create a post in FB.

The trick doesn’t happends when you try to do that with http://www.melinafashion.com, witch uses Blanco theme latest version. For any page – the shop page, the home page etc.

I’m willing to try to help you with the changes of the theme, i study a bit of PHP in the moment. Just give me a starting point.

I also use a child theme cause of some custom settings we[me and you] had made in time.

Hello, how are you today ? Hope you are fine 🙂

I really think I’m sh%ting my self, because i updated the theme to the latest version, so as i did with wooCommerce – everything to latest versions, but i still don’t get the effect i want, or said more exactly my boss lady wants. Please help me because she will cut my head off! What i am doing wrong?

I’ve tried to upload image http://prntscr.com/gbijoj but unfortunately, it is not working with our theme and even with Storefront. This means that problem doesn’t relate to our theme functionality and I can’t help you.
