    Hello..I have to do a new website but I have several questions about my account…I’m not sure about the relationshiop about envato and Eighttheme…because:
    I got and account in 8theme with Rodrigo Fernández as user and I have a support and plugins…but I got the theme in envato different account with Chumarajas as user

    Can you help me with this doubt?
    In the new website I want to do right in the bengining…

    Hello,

    It is no matter what username you use on TF and our site, because to give you access to plugins and support we check your purchase code only. Keep in mind that you can use 1 theme license for 1 end product only. Also you don’t need to create new account on our site for the new license, simply add new purchase code on your account page on our site.
