If someone enters the wrong login, the page simply refreshes with no error message telling the user that they entered an invalid login. This should not be behaving like this. The password re-set form has the same behavior.

Thanks so much! I know we are getting very close to launch our site and want to make sure these items are fixed before we do. As such, do you have an idea of when the next theme update will be available?

    Thank you very much, Erin

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I can’t say exactly date, because our developers are still working on the update.

It’s now September 14th and it’s been one month since we posted this issue. We have the latest version installed yet there is still no error message displaying when someone enters incorrect login info. The page simple reloads with no error, which is very confusing. This issue is preventing us from launching this site. Can someone please address it?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
Please rename “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ and upload woocommerce folder from the latest theme archive that you may download on ThemeForest, clear cache and check. If your problem will be solved, simply delete the old renamed woocommerce folder, if problem won’t be solved, please provide FTP access in Private Content.

    Regards

Updating /wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce/ did not solve the issue. The theme had already been previously updated to 3.1 a week or so ago. FTP access is included in the private field. Thanks!

I will need the IP you are attempting to login from so I can investigate why you were blocked and so I can white list it. Thanks.

    Hello,

The problem relates to changes that you made in child theme. With parent theme – https://prnt.sc/gnsvdp
You need to check changes that you made in your child theme.
Also, you may see notice about out of date files http://prntscr.com/gnsxea http://prntscr.com/gnsxqo. In this case you just need to compare 2 files and add the missing code to your child theme file.
