Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
Also according to our changelog https://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050 – http://prntscr.com/gb53jb, so please update wooprees to the latest version.
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

I’ve checked this product element on our test site, it works without any problem.

Hello,

We added Site width options in latest theme version, so now you may change width, that earlier was static.
The options “Full width” for Products Page Layout set max-width: 122rem; for container.

1. I’ve added the code, please check http://prntscr.com/gb3ago, you may remove this code if it isn’t what you need. Also, there is no possibility to show numbers only when first product was added.
5. Please provide a screenshot for better understanding.
6. Follow the instructions and use WC snippet in child theme function.php to remove Additional Information tab https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
7. Please provide a link to page, on your home page this image is big on mobile.

Does it work fine with the default Storefront theme?

Unfortunately, the latest theme version that we saved is 2.8. Sorry.

But you may create a development copy of the site, and update the theme on this dev site https://www.8theme.com/reply/169320/, instal child theme and try to recreate needed changes in the child theme. Make changes on your test site, to correctly implement these on main site.
You may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. So you may use your purchase code on the development site. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only.
