Shortcode for displaying products from certain brand.

Hi there. With the Woocommerce Brands plugin installed, it is possible to use the shortcode [brand_products brand=”mybrand” per_page=”12″ columns=”4″] to display products from a certain brand in a page element.

However, this does not work with your ‘brands’ system.

How can I achieve this?

Hello,

Please update theme http://prntscr.com/g9i6rl and all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Please follow the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/classico/#theme_installation_and_upgrade
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/classico/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

Okay I have updated the theme, and I still have the same question…

[brand_products brand=”mybrand” per_page=”12″ columns=”4″] does not work.

How can i achieve this?

Also update WC to http://prntscr.com/g9ymsl – https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ http://prntscr.com/g9ynbi
Please provide a link on Brands plugin that you want to use.
You may use [8THEME] Products element and set brand ID http://prntscr.com/g9yrln to display products from a certain brand on a page.

Updated all!

I would like to try the Product element. I cannot see where you assign an ID to a brand though.

There is ‘name’, ‘slug’, ‘description’, but no ‘ID’.

Am i being blind?

Hello,

I’ve created “test” page. Please check. You may change setting of the element and set needed id of brand http://prntscr.com/ga3lfq http://prntscr.com/ga3lrb
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/, for example, you use an old version of Visual Composer.
