    Hi,

Am trying to update the theme and have an active purchase code and am getting the message API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0 version.

The web host has confirmed that 1.0.1e installed on the server. Can you please advise at your earliest convenience and I can provide FTP/wp-admin if required

According to the license code we download, there is a licensee, is this the same as the buyer? How do we find if the buyer details are against the code?

    Licensee:
    Pip and Sox

    Details in private content.

At the moment, we only have Legenda 3.1 installed and activated as when I tried to use the latest version we ran into the issues and needed the site up, but happy for this to be installed and activated if you can assist.

    Thanks for your assistance

I will try to update the theme for you. Please provide FTP access in Private Content.
Also, confirm that you made the full backup of the site, DB and theme options (Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > Export Options).
Note that was big woocommerce update, so many elements in the plugin and our theme functionality were changed. So you may need to edit your changes in the child theme that relate to woocommerce functionality to proper work with new versions.

    Hello,

Seems the problem isn’t solved and the theme can’t be updated now. I have sent this problem to our developer, unfortunately, he is on vacation, and we may return to this problem only in a week.
    Please wait, sorry for inconveniences.

    Regards

    Hi,

That is disappointing. Can you advise exactly what date the developer will be back so we can check in on a solution. Is it a week from today so the 25th August? The client is very keen to get this upgrade happening

    Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase
    – PHP max input vars to 10000.
Make sure that wp_remote_get(), wp_remote_post(), file_get_contents functions are enabled on your server. Let me know about results.

    Regards
