Hello,

If you want to change what elements to display in fixed header you need to edit the script, there is no other way to change the fixed header structure.
Please, do all the changes in child theme to avoid problem with next theme update.

If you plan to create multilanguage site you may use WPML https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/, but if you want to simply translate site to one language I would recommend you use Loco translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

As I see, your PHP settings weren’t changed. You may check in WooCommerce > Status http://prntscr.com/gdvwb9. Contact your hosting provider support and ask them to change these setting, after that please provide FTP access in Private Content.
