I tried everything but I still cannot edit my home page. I tried going to setting > reading > and change the page but it still doesn’t work. I think there’s a bug.

Contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
– post_max_size to 64M;
– upload_max_filesize to 64M;
and set PHP version to 5.6.

Just contacted my hosting provider regarding this issue. Once they are done, everything should be working properly? Or do we still have to do something about it.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay.
As I see, your PHP settings weren’t changed. You may check in WooCommerce > Status http://prntscr.com/gdvwb9. Contact your hosting provider support and ask them to change these setting, after that please provide FTP access in Private Content.
