Also, do you see how my Theme Options show up? Any idea why the css is messed up?

– seems there is some compatibility issue with some of 3-rd party plugins.

Free version of MailChimp allows to create only 1 form.
You can disable chat in Theme Options http://prntscr.com/gtx1wz.
Go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar > http://prntscr.com/gtx3ji, dont forget to create variable products with attributes.

What exactly did you change to 256? Did you try to upload latest theme version archive or full archive of the royal theme? Please check if you have some limits for LimitRequestBody parameter in apache (httpd.conf) https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/core.html or in .htaccess file? Let me know.
Also, please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.
