Please transfer your changes to the child theme, after that try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and check the product page. Let me know result. If the problem won’t be solved, provide FTP access in Private Content.

Hello,
You use old theme version on site, also some of required plugins also are outdated and deactivated.
Please follow instructions and update theme via FTP https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package). Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/http://prntscr.com/gtwfrk

We do not have this problem on our test theme installation, so could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?
Did you make changes using a child theme or in parent theme?

7. I’ve created Newsletter popup static block and added this code http://prntscr.com/gtj5rd in Custom css. Please check.
8. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets. Fill in Custom Sidebar title and press the Add Sidebar button, then add in your custom sidebar prefooter static block. Go to Edit Shop page > [8theme] Layout options > http://prntscr.com/gtixbm.

Our theme is compatible with PHP 7. From this list, only 2 warning relate to our theme, but these also relate to plugins OptionTree and WordPress Importer, so warnings will be fixed in theme once plugin authors fix it. You may ignore these messages.
