Why do you need the wizard? You already have a child theme and pages, demo content already imported, so you may Skip Setup wizard http://prntscr.com/h88o6t

Please explain your problem with details for better understanding.
3. There is no option for footer background color, but you may create footer static block using VC https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/footer and set needed color.

Just deactivate http://prntscr.com/h85kn5 and delete the theme on your old site and try to use the code on your new site.
Contact us with your purchase code if you face any problem when you activate the theme on your new site.
Note that you may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only.

You may disable header search in Theme Options > General > Header Settings.
Search is default content of the main sidebar. If you want to make this sidebar empty just add the empty text widget into the main sidebar, or you may select Sidebar Position > Without in [8theme] Layout options for the page.
Also, try to add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:

    margin-top: 2vw;
}
