Menu showing double items / Show 2 categories w products on two different pages

Hi everyone,
I am using Xstore for some time but I am having difficulties with the theme. I create a menu (as described on the 8theme YT channel) and it seems it working. The menu has an image and below there items.
The problem is that all of them are show twice (https://ibb.co/imhW5w) is there a way to fix this?

Secondly, I am trying to achieve the following. The website has two main categories; “professional” and “retail” I want them to separate on two pages So when you go to “Retail” you will only see the retail products. When going to “Professional” you will see only the professional items. How can I achieve this?
