Please try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/external_plugins) and then check the problem.
If you can’t save the menu options likely you reached limit http://sevenspark.com/wordpress/menu-item-limit. Try to increase PHP max input vars limit to 8000 or 10000.
If the problem won’t be solved, provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content.
