    Also, we’ve sent ot-functions-admin.php file to your registration email. You need to replace this file in royal/option-tree/includes folder > clear cache and check if the fonts problem solved.

    Please update theme to latest version https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Appearance > Install plugins > update 8theme Core plugin to 1.0.20 version. If the problem won’t be solved, please provide FTP access in Private Content.

    Hello,

    WooCommerce 3.3 has some major issues – just check the plugin page, so much so that it isn’t available anymore at this time. You need to downgrade woocommerce to 3.2.6 version.
    As with all major revision WooCommerce updates, we advise waiting on a theme update until updating.
    Note that before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.

    Hello,

    We have 3 types of buttons on our site – light (for example http://prntscr.com/hdcwhy), dark (for example http://prntscr.com/hdcwxi), active (for example http://prntscr.com/hdcx3r).
    Please try to use Theme Options > Styling -> Content > Customize buttons to change styles of your buttons.

    Hello,

    1. Looks like you updated woocommerce to 3.3 version. WooCommerce 3.3 has some major issues – just check the plugin page, so much so that it isn’t available anymore at this time. You need to downgrade woocommerce to 3.2.6 version.
    Once new woocommerce version will be available, we will update our theme within 24 hours.
    As with all major revision WooCommerce updates, we advise waiting on a theme update until updating.
    Also, before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.
    2-3. Please try to change settings in Theme Options > E-commerce > Categories.

    2. Theme Options > General > Header Settings > Header text color > Dark + Theme Options > Typography > Navigation.

    Hello,

    You use latest theme version but old version of Core plugin. Please go to Appearance > Install plugins > update 8theme Core plugin to 1.0.20 version + update all required plugins –

    Also, check if mysql warnings message appears with a default theme activate on your site. If yes, you need to contact hosting provider support.

    Please reupload the file in legenda/woocommerce folder (make a backup of current version content-single-product.php file, to be able to restore this to the previous state if something goes wrong).

    If you use woocommerce 3.2.6 version this is great. Woocommerce 3.3 version does not exist anymore on the official site.
    Latest theme version is 3.5.1 but on your site using 3.4, so I would recommend you to update theme.
    If after the theme update the problem with images won’t be solved, please let us know.

The plugins run perfectly and are fully functional. There is no doubt that you can get the current plugin version directly from us. For that go to https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ page and you’ll get access to all necessary archives. These plugins registration is not obligatory! The plugins are functioning perfect without any activation. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case you need this features you will need to purchase and register the plugin. This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest.

    These problems relate to woocommerce version. You can downgrade woocommerce to 3.2.6 version, because 3.3 does not exist anymore on the official woocommerce site.
