I want to try out 3 options:

1. How do I remove category images so that when I go to https://www.diaperdawgs.com/shop/, I immediately see the products?

2. How do I keep the category images, but remove the wording over the images?

3. How do I keep the category images AND wording overlay but make it all white?

Hello,

1. Looks like you updated woocommerce to 3.3 version. WooCommerce 3.3 has some major issues – just check the plugin page, so much so that it isn’t available anymore at this time. You need to downgrade woocommerce to 3.2.6 version.
Once new woocommerce version will be available, we will update our theme within 24 hours.
As with all major revision WooCommerce updates, we advise waiting on a theme update until updating.
Also, before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.
2-3. Please try to change settings in Theme Options > E-commerce > Categories.
