    Hello!

    We just installed the official WooCommerce Waitlist plugin (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-waitlist/).

    It doesn’t work as expected: buttons are all messed up (cf. https://ibb.co/mttb3m).

    WooCommerce support send us to you arguing this is a theme related issue…

    Can you help us?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Please provide screenshot how this looks when the default woocommerce theme activated on your site (Storefront).
    Also, please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content.

    Regards

    Hello,

    Please add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:

    .single-product .product-information-inner .out-of-stock {
        background-color:  transparent;
        border: none;
        text-align:  left;
        line-height: 2;
        text-transform:  none;
        font-size: 0.9rem;
        color: #e54123 !important;
        padding-left: 0;
    }

    Please update theme to latest version http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and Appearance > Install plugins > update 8theme Core plugin to 1.0.20 version. If the problem won’t be solved, please provide FTP access in Private Content.

    Hello,

    It was some problem with permalinks, even with default WC theme – https://prnt.sc/i8m7u9 We’ve changed permalinks settings to default. Please check now https://www.popito.fr/?product=153-big-trouble-in-little-china-lo-pan https://prnt.sc/i8mii6

    Hi!

    Thank you, it now works perfectly!

    Two questions:

    1. Is changing permalinks settings will have an impact on my SEO?

    2. Apart from the custom CSS and permalinks settings, can you please tell me what has been modified? Will updating WordPress / WooCommerce / X-Store keep them?

    Thanks!

    Re!

    While waiting for your answer, I switched back to our original permalinks structure as several of our links are now pointing nowhere…

    I just noticed our bottom bar is also broken: it wasn’t like this before (cf. https://ibb.co/mttb3m).

    Don’t take this into account: I solved it by myself (html widgets were moved)…

    Hello,

    1. You are right, this will have impact on SEO. But in this case, we can do nothing, because of even with default Woocommerce theme – Storefront you will have 404 page using the plugin. I would recomment you to contact plugin author to make the button work correctly with your custom links and Storefront theme.
    2. Only permalinks and custom css were changed.
    3. Looks like after changing theme on site to the default and back, some widgets changed their positions. You may set widgets to appropriate areas in Appearance > Widgets. Sorry for the inconvenience.
