Problem with YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier plugin

    Dear Support,

    After updating to the last Legenda version I realized that Yith Zoom magnifier is not working anymore. I tried to use the embedded zoom capability of the theme however does not have the option to open a zoom on the right hand side of the product hence I do not like it very much.

    Considering that before this last update your theme and the YITH Zoom Magnifier plugin were working perfectly, on desktop and mobile. Is there an option so both can work together again?

    I checked in your forum and discovered that another user had the same problem with another theme and you managed to fix the issue. However, the 8theme person (Olga) did not explained how she fixed the issue.

    Could you please help me like the other user?

    Hello,

    We’ve sent content-single-product.php file to your registration email.
    Please reupload the file in legenda/woocommerce folder (make a backup of current version content-single-product.php file, to be able to restore this to the previous state if something goes wrong).
    Let us know result.

    Dear Rose,

    Thank you for providing the updated file, it solved the issue in desktop view. However, when the the website is displayed in mobile view there are no product images anymore. The area where the product image should be is empty.

    It is not related with the plugin because the issue is present although the zoom is dis-activated for mobile view.

    Is there something I can do or change in order to keep the zoom functionality for PC only without impacting the mobile display?

    I’ve checked your single product page on my mobile and do not see the problem. Please try to clear cache and check one more time.

    Hello,

    Now I see the problem on your site. But the problem does not occur on my test installation of latest theme version. I would recommend you to update the theme and all required plugins to latest versions and check if the problem solved.

    Hello Rose,

    As you have seen I’ve now updated the theme, however the issue appears to still be there for mobile (no product image although the zoom is not activated on mobile).

    For Desktop view, I have now a new issue, the images underneath the main product image are very large making the layout not nice.

    Is there any advise that you could provide?

    Hello,

    Do you have the problem when parent theme activated on your site?
    Please disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check single product page.

    I also have same issue. YITH Zoom Magnifier is not working. Please do fix it. Let me know if you want FTP or WP-ADMIN login.
