Search does not work on mobile - by sirio

The search function version of the theme does not find any product when i click on “view all” or click enter in the search preview. Same thing happens in mobile with the exception tat the there are no search preview results. Is there any setting to fix it in hte theme options?

Hello,

You are using too old version of XStore theme 4.7 http://prntscr.com/i73ly9 that has some problems with search. Please, do the backup of your files and DB and update the theme to version 4.17. Let me know if you still have the problem with the search after that.

hello just updated the theme with the latest version but still search function is not working on both desktop and mobile.
If you check the site now and click on search button the page stays in a loop for a very long time and at the end gives some mysqli query errors and “no product were found message”.
Hope you can help us. I attach a screenshot in the private section

Hello,

You use latest theme version but old version of Core plugin. Please go to Appearance > Install plugins > update 8theme Core plugin to 1.0.20 version + update all required plugins –

Also, check if mysql warnings message appears with a default theme activate on your site. If yes, you need to contact hosting provider support.

Hello
i updated the xstore core plugin and every required plugin and still the same problem with the xstore theme activated
if I activate one of the default wordpress themes the product search function works fine and no mysql warnings.
see attached screenshot in the private section
Let me know how to solve this, i would like to go online with the new site but i can’t until the search function work fine.

Could you, please, provide me temporary FTP access to your site to find out the reason of your problem?
Also, tell me do you plan to use search by SKU on your site?
