    Hello,

    1. The problem can be caused by some server cache or maybe CDN. Do you face the same problem if a default theme activated on your site?
    2. Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css:

    .et-mobile-menu li a, .mobile-nav-heading.close-mobile-nav {
        color:  white;
    }

    Hello,

    I’ve passed this problem to our developers. They said that the problem relate to “Crop” in settings of images and our zoom option. But in a new version of woocommerce plugin, that will be released soon, settings for product images will be changed. We will wait until stable version of WooCommerce will be released. Then we will be able to fix this problem in next theme update.
    Thanks for the notice.

    .header .btn-checkout, .et-wishlist-widget .wishlist-dropdown .buttons .btn-view-wishlist, .header .widget_shopping_cart .btn-view-cart {
        background-color: #0b1fba !important;
        color: #ffffff;
        border-color: #0b1fba !important;
    }
    .header .btn-checkout:hover, .et-wishlist-widget .wishlist-dropdown .buttons .btn-view-wishlist:hover, .header .widget_shopping_cart .btn-view-cart:hover {

    Hello,

    You may rename royal theme folder via FTP and some default theme will be activated on your site (if you have several themes in wp-content/themes folder). Please try to do this > let us know result and provide FTP access in Private Content.

    Hello,

    The code works fine for our demo https://prnt.sc/i8ps9c http://prntscr.com/i8psdm
    to give code that will work on your site I need to be able to see elements for which the code should work. So provide me wp-admin access or disable maintenance mode, because of I can see only http://prntscr.com/i8pu17 and nothing more for now.

    Hello,

    1. You are right, this will have impact on SEO. But in this case, we can do nothing, because of even with default Woocommerce theme – Storefront you will have 404 page using the plugin. I would recomment you to contact plugin author to make the button work correctly with your custom links and Storefront theme.
    2. Only permalinks and custom css were changed.
    3. Looks like after changing theme on site to the default and back, some widgets changed their positions. You may set widgets to appropriate areas in Appearance > Widgets. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hello,

    1. Delete this code http://prntscr.com/i8p4qd Theme Options > Styling > Custom css.
    2. This is bad practice to use carousel element inside tabs.
    3. Please check settings of Info Box element and make sure that for the content: Transform – none.
    4. Make sure that all your portfolio projects have featured images http://prntscr.com/i8pazu
    5. I do not see the problem http://prntscr.com/i8pbb6

    Hello,

    I’ve asked about access because of I want to check your Theme Options and inspect code on site via the console.
    For now, I can only provide custom css code that will work fine for buttons on our demo:

    .header .btn-checkout, .et-wishlist-widget .wishlist-dropdown .buttons .btn-view-wishlist, .header .widget_shopping_cart .btn-view-cart {
        background-color: #0b1fba;
        color: #ffffff;
        border-color: #0b1fba;
    }
    .header .btn-checkout:hover, .et-wishlist-widget .wishlist-dropdown .buttons .btn-view-wishlist:hover, .header .widget_shopping_cart .btn-view-cart:hover {
        background-color: #000000 !important;
        color: white;
        border-color: #000000;
    }

    Hello,

    1. Please provide screenshot for better understanding.
    By default, WordPress displays your content in a blog format on the homepage. I’ve checked Dashboard > Settings on your site and Would recommend to change “Your homepage displays” settings:
    – Navigate to Pages > Add New. You can title this page as Blog.
    – Then go to Settings > Reading, and under the Front page displays option choose A static page.
    – Below that, choose the page to be used as the front page, and the page for your blog posts. Save your changes, and load your site to review them.

    2. We’ve sent wp-instagram-widget.php file to your registration email.
    You need to replace this file in lifestyle/framework/widgets/ folder (via FTP) and wait for 2 hours when instagram cache will be updated.

    Hello,

    Such menu can be used only for 1 main menu item, in your case, this works for Sofás http://prntscr.com/i8lggp if you want to have the similar effect in another menu item also, some changes need to be made in plugins/et-menu-image/assets/js/scripts.js file.

    Hello,

    Please provide us with wp-admin access to the site with the speed problem so we could check the problem deeply.
    Also, make sure that all required plugins are updated https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (to update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins); to update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ )

    Hello,

    The wp-admin credentials are incorrect.
    WooCommerce 3.3 has some major issues – just check the plugin page, so much so that it isn’t available anymore at this time. You need to downgrade woocommerce to 3.2.6 version. Also, before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.

    It would be better to update parent theme to latest version -https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/classico/#theme_installation_and_upgrade
    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/classico/ to avoid problems with old files.
    You will lose only changes in theme files if you made them in parent theme files.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

    After downgrade woocommerce and theme update, please contact us one more time if you face any problem.
