Hello,

You may rename royal theme folder via FTP and some default theme will be activated on your site (if you have several themes in wp-content/themes folder). Please try to do this > let us know result and provide FTP access in Private Content.

You’re welcome!
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
Have a nice day.

Hello, @khel

Please provide us with your website URL and temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.

1. Unfortunately, there is no such possibility.
2. Please check now.

Hello,

I’ve asked about access because of I want to check your Theme Options and inspect code on site via the console.
For now, I can only provide custom css code that will work fine for buttons on our demo:

.header .btn-checkout, .et-wishlist-widget .wishlist-dropdown .buttons .btn-view-wishlist, .header .widget_shopping_cart .btn-view-cart {
    background-color: #0b1fba;
    color: #ffffff;
    border-color: #0b1fba;
}
.header .btn-checkout:hover, .et-wishlist-widget .wishlist-dropdown .buttons .btn-view-wishlist:hover, .header .widget_shopping_cart .btn-view-cart:hover {
    background-color: #000000 !important;
    color: white;
    border-color: #000000;
}

Hello,

1. Please provide screenshot for better understanding.
By default, WordPress displays your content in a blog format on the homepage. I’ve checked Dashboard > Settings on your site and Would recommend to change “Your homepage displays” settings:
– Navigate to Pages > Add New. You can title this page as Blog.
– Then go to Settings > Reading, and under the Front page displays option choose A static page.
– Below that, choose the page to be used as the front page, and the page for your blog posts. Save your changes, and load your site to review them.

2. We’ve sent wp-instagram-widget.php file to your registration email.
You need to replace this file in lifestyle/framework/widgets/ folder (via FTP) and wait for 2 hours when instagram cache will be updated.

You’re welcome!
Have a nice day.

Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin access to the site with the speed problem so we could check the problem deeply.
Also, make sure that all required plugins are updated https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (to update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins); to update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ )

Ok.
Have a nice day.

Hello,

I would recommend you to contact woocommerce support about this.

Hello,

WooCommerce 3.3 has some major issues – just check the plugin page, so much so that it isn’t available anymore at this time. You need to downgrade woocommerce to 3.2.6 version.
Also, before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.
