You did not give access to WP installation for our FTP user. Now we can see the only empty directory http://prntscr.com/ng3on1
Please enable WP debug mode https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG to find out what error appears on your site, it will point in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Also, update the XStore theme to the latest version (5.2) via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Let us know results and verify the destination folder for FTP user.

Hello,

How does it work with Storefront theme?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and check if you still have the problem.
If you have the mentioned problem with our theme only and any additional plugin doesn’t cause it, describe the issue in more details and provide screenshots. Also, provide temporary FTP access.

To use the default pagination, you need to disable WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin. If you want to have Infinite Scroll, Load More Button or Ajax Pagination for products, set correct settings for the plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/

Try WP All Export and WP All Import. Brand is the custom taxonomy and looks that your plugin does not export/import taxonomies.

Hello,

You can change the content of the footer in Appearance > Widgets. Add a widget that will suitable your needs in an appropriate area. For example, you can create a static block with the desired content. Size of images depends on your goal, current 6 images have 80×80 size.

You updated WooCommerce to the latest version, but 2.3.1 version of Legenda does not fully support WC 3.6.1. Please wait for the theme update, it will be released soon (within 1-2 days).
Please note, that before update WC plugin, you need to check the changelog on ThemeForest https://themeforest.net/item/classico-responsive-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/11024192?s_rank=3 to be sure that current theme version is fully compatible with the woocommerce version.
