Hello,

Shop functionality comes from WooCommerce plugin. Shop page is a default one and can be only 1 – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/ but categories pages inherit the functionality of Shop. So you can create categories of products depends on your needs and add them to the Main Menu https://prnt.sc/ng4gdu
“Products per row on category page” you can set in Theme Option > Shop > Shop page Layout. Product Categories widget has an option to show “Only show children of the current category” that can be useful in your case.
Uncategorized is the default WC plugin category. Set another category as the default category http://prntscr.com/mo0uqt then delete the uncategorized one. Also, you can set “Hide empty categories” in settings of Product categories widget http://prntscr.com/mo0v82

Please enable WP debug mode https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG to find out what error appears on your site, it will point in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Also, update the XStore theme to the latest version (5.2) via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Let us know results and verify the destination folder for FTP user.

How does it work with Storefront theme?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and check if you still have the problem.
If you have the mentioned problem with our theme only and any additional plugin doesn’t cause it, describe the issue in more details and provide screenshots. Also, provide temporary FTP access.

To use the default pagination, you need to disable WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin. If you want to have Infinite Scroll, Load More Button or Ajax Pagination for products, set correct settings for the plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/

Try WP All Export and WP All Import. Brand is the custom taxonomy and looks that your plugin does not export/import taxonomies.

Hello,

You can change the content of the footer in Appearance > Widgets. Add a widget that will suitable your needs in an appropriate area. For example, you can create a static block with the desired content. Size of images depends on your goal, current 6 images have 80×80 size.
