I received an Email notification that Royal Theme Update is available. But in my WP Admin Dashboard, it shows my theme is already up to date. What am I missing? I am using Child theme also.

I know you guys switched to allowing Theme update directly from WP Admin instead of having to use FTP as in the past. Can I just install the Envato Toolkit to update your theme? Would that be easier? Let me know. Thanks.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

What version of Royal theme are you using now?

To get autoupdate go to Dashboard > Updates > press Check updates button. The new version of Royal theme should appear in the list.

That’s odd, yesterday I didn’t see the notification, but just now it did show the update available notification. But there’s an issue. I just updated the theme and my site displayed like this:

    https://prnt.sc/nf4rhj

My entire installed plugins are all activated. I did backup my entire site prior to applying the latest Royal Theme update. And I’ve restored it back to the previous version 4.7.3. Please find out what the issue is for v5.0 before I try to update this theme again. Thanks.

    Hello,

Royal Core plugin is a new one and it is required. Please Install the plugin via Appearance > Install plugins or via FTP (https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ http://prntscr.com/nf539h).

Ahhh I see, now it’s good. Exactly what does the Royal Core Plugin do? Also, I noticed the previous issue regarding the Terms & Conditions in the Checkout page, where WBakery had a slide in where their codes show up at the top, now it’s no longer showing, it now displays perfectly the entire Terms & Conditions texts without any of the raw codes.

We moved widgets, static blocks, projects, testimonials, brands post types to the Core plugin. According to ThemeForest rules, all custom post types should be included in a separate plugin instead of the theme.
