Please delete this custom css code – http://prntscr.com/obokc7 to remove mentioned borders (this demo version was created before the adding new settings for the menu, so borders were added using custom code).
5.4 version of the theme has a bug with “Border width” in Theme Options > Menu > Menu styling > Main menu links. After the next update, you will be able to add borders for menu items via Theme Options.
Be attentive, use only Private content area to post private information like access to your Dashboard http://prntscr.com/nwlnrv

2. About “billing details” text, have you made changes in template files? Please do not edit files of the theme directly. Provide us with temporary FTP access, we will check why this text can’t be translated using Loco translate plugin.

This message means that you need to select the Mobile menu – https://prnt.sc/obb12i As I can see, you are using “Menu” widget to show the menu on mobile http://prntscr.com/obb1ln You can remove the widget and set the mobile menu in Appearance > Menus
