I would recommend you to create separate topics for different questions.
1) You can change “Product View” in Settings of Products element.
2) Sorry, but your request is a bit unclear for me, please describe the desired result in more details.
You can change Home menu item in the menu via Appearance > Menus https://prnt.sc/odhosp
3) Set another category as the default category http://prntscr.com/odhap6 then delete the uncategorized one http://prntscr.com/odhau4 Also, you can set “Hide empty categories” in settings of Product categories widget http://prntscr.com/mo0v82
4) This block http://prntscr.com/odhbkx is a part of the home page so can be edited – http://prntscr.com/odhby4
5) Theme Options > Shop elements > Brands > Brands > Off.

You can import settings of the demo version manually:
– Download “XStore import files” from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and find “organic02” folder > options.json.
– Go to Theme Options > Import / Export > Import Options > add the content of the options.json and click on Import. Re-save Theme Options.
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

In case if automatic plugin installation fails, you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Then install demo content from XStore > Import Demos. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/

Hello,
If you face problems with translation, you need to be sure that your translation files are synchronized. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with pot file. Then you will be able to translate untranslated strings.
If this doesn’t help, provide us http://prntscr.com/odg13q with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Edit font-size and line-height here – https://prnt.sc/od5qoe depends on your needs.
I added the same code. Maybe you did not save Theme Options because there was no mentioned custom code when I’ve opened your Theme Options.
Do you use a cache plugin or server cache or CDN? It could be the reason for your problem. And you just need to clear plugin, server or CDN cache.

Text of the default contact form should be available in translation files of the theme, so you can use Loco Translate plugin.
