Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme.
Let us know the result.
Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Then keep this option disabled https://prnt.sc/oa4mg2
If the search by SKU is enabled you get the every separate product variation on the grid because it has different SKU and SKU includes the keyword.
Check the search now.

Hello,

If you check the queries list you’ll find that almost all the queries are related to WooCommerce and other plugins. Few queries related to our theme can’t be reduced because it’s needed to show products.
