Try to use our brands functionality for this. Rename Brand to Collection, using translation files (Install Loco translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ , create English translation, change desired strings of XStore theme/Core plugin and disable the Loco translate.)
Via Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop elements > Brands > Choose The Location For Brands > In product meta – http://prntscr.com/pcdly0

You can change “Sidebar Position For Mobile” via Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout. Also, you can “Hide Sidebar On Mobile” via Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product layout.
