My website header, menu, slider and footer wide option is not working

Hi,
I went to theme options > header > header style and checked the HEADER WIDE option but it is not working, my website keeps showing the boxed header version. In summary, I want that my body looks boxed but my header and footer looks wide, just like it is in your live preview: https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/cosmetics/ As you can see, all content showed boxed and centered and the header, menu, slider and footer looks wide.

Right now my General / Layout is Boxed because when I changed to Wide Layout all my body content showed side to side on the screen, and that’s not what I want. I want my website looks like your live preview: https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/cosmetics/

Here is a screenshot of settings from the demo – http://prntscr.com/pb45i2 If this doesn’t give the desired result on your site, provide us with temporary and FTP access, we will take a closer look at the problem.

Everything is wider than it should (1170 px).

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary access, so we can take a closer look.

Hi Rose,

The only third-party plugin that didn’t come bundled with xstore theme is WPML, once disabled WPML the layout looks as expected. What can we do? Do you still want access to check this issue out?
