Hello,

Can i change my header to this prefferred one?
I tried changing it on theme options, but the orange bar disappears.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
As I can see, you are using 5.5.2 version of the theme so all available header types you can find in Theme Options > Header > Header layout and settings in Header styles there. But there is no possibility to create such structure – https://prnt.sc/pb4lgs
You can update the theme and Core plugin, to get our new feature – Header builder. It allows to create the header from scratch depends on your needs, or similar to the desired one, for example, http://prntscr.com/pb4osz
Please note that 6.x is a major update, so it would be better to create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and update theme there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update production site.

Please, do the backup of your database and files before starting the theme update.

Hello,

You need to update PHP version to 7.0 http://prntscr.com/pbllks Then you will be able to create the new header using the header builder.
Contact us once the PHP version will be updated to let know if the problem is solved.
