I’ve checked your Home page on mobile and the gif works fine (Samsung, Chrome browser). Please clear cache and check one more time.

What version of the theme did you use before the update? Have you updated the Core plugin?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.
I can’t open your site, unfortunately. Is there any restriction by IP?
Please add this code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global custom CSS:

The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case, you need these features you will need to purchase and register the plugin.

To download the theme from ThemeForest you need to enter the downloads area ThemeForest account, where you can view all your purchased themes. Find the Royal template among them, and click on the Download button to the right of the main content. You can download the theme’s .zip file from there.

Because the overlap effect is required for Home page only, you need to use Multiple headers feature and set header overlap separately for this page.

Go to Theme Options > Header > Header styles > Header Over The Content > Off, then enable the overlap on the Home page only – http://prntscr.com/pmx2lw
+ Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > Special Breadcrumbs On Cart, Checkout, Order Page > Off.
These settings should give you the desired result. Do not forget to clear cache before checking it.
