The problem is related to changes in the latest WP version. We will fix this compatibility issue in the next update of the theme.
You can download admin.php and walker.php files from here – https://dropmefiles.com/Vy6LP , and reupload them in xstore/framework/thirdparty/menu-images/inc folder via FTP, to fix the problem right now.

1) Add this code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global custom CSS:
.et-footer-fixed-on .et-footers-wrapper {z-index: 0}
as a temporary solution, you will be able to delete this code after the next update of the theme.

We do not have access to Plugins area in the Dashboard with credentials you provided, please check.
You do not need to use additional plugins for Variation swatches functionality. Please watch this video – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A In 6.2.12 version of the theme was added Variation gallery module (option) that allows uploading galleries for variations.
