Only in mobile, when I scroll (and only on the home page) part of the page goes blank and then comes back after I keep scrolling and then goes blank again.

I just renewed my support so I’m hoping you can help with this.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

What device and browser do you use? Try to clear browser cache on your mobile and check one more time.
Could you, please, record a video of the problem?
Please set the administrator role for the user.
Also, provide us with temporary FTP access.
Do you have the problem while scrolling when all 3rd party plugins are disabled on your site?

    Regards

Hi – We saw this issue on various mobile devices, both Android and iOS with Chrome and Safari – from iPhone 7 to iPhone 11 Pro.

I set the user to admin

I disabled all plugins and the problem did not go away. Also, this issue has been happening for almost a year, since we launched so it’s not a recent issue tied to anything new that was done to the website.

I emailed the screen recording to 8themes@gmail.com.

    Thanks,

    Tony

    Hello,

Update theme to version 6.3 and XStore core plugin to version 2.3. This issue was fixed in one of the previous updates http://prntscr.com/rw553v . Reply back if the update does not help you.

    Regards
