If you translated mentioned strings for WooCommerce plugin, XStore parent theme and XStore Core plugin, but do not see correct texts on the frontend, you need to clear server cache and CDN.
If you already installed the child theme, connect to files via FTP, and do required changes. Do not edit any php files via the WP Dashboard.
If you don’t know your FTP host, FTP login and FTP pass, contact your hosting provider and ask this information.
Once I disabled SG Optimizer plugin – http://prntscr.com/smv39z , so you need to check settings of this plugin to find out which option causes the problem.

1) Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Catalog mode > Just Catalog > Off.
2) Sorry, but your question is a bit unclear for me. Could you describe it in more detail with screenshots?

Hello,
Do you have the problem with our theme only or with a default theme too?
Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins, to make sure that any of the additional plugins doesn’t affect it.
Enable WP debug mode https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
