"Plugin Installer" dont work for me.

    When click installs or updates the system doesn’t work.

    Hello,

    Don’t see any issue with the plugin installation, it takes time to install but everything is ok.
    Please clear cache and check one more time.

    Hello,

    I click to update plugins and nothing happen. Qform or revolution slide. I try to install elementor nothing happens.

    I wai 1 minutes 2 minutes.

    Can you try to help to understand why for me not working.

    I try with few browsers.

    Hello,

    Have you cleared all cache? Make sure that your browsers are not very old.
    I was able to update both plugins via the Plugin Installer on your site, without any problems.
    Also, plugins can be installed/updated manually via FTP – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

    Hello,

    On the private are I have attached a video cause I try also from different browsers via mobile.

    Let me know what I’m doing wrong. (Clearly some times on the video text get select when clickg)

    Do you face the problem on mobile only? Please check how it works via the Chrome browser on your computer.

    Hello,

    Oh, you are talking about the mobile version. I did not expect that somebody installs plugins via mobile. I passed your issue to our developers and they will fix this moment in the next theme update. Until this happened use the laptop to install/update your plugin instead of the tablet or mobile.

    Thank you for the replay.

    I do the video with the mobile cause there I have the tool to do the video record but it does THE SAME on chrome, firefox, safari and edge from Computer.

    Hello,

    Problem is that we don’t have any issue with the plugins update or installation using desktop version, for example we have updated the Revolution plugin https://gyazo.com/aed65195ad30abe63d21e0f0d0179498
    It’s difficult to get hover on mobile, so we’ll make buttons always visible for the mobile devices. But desktop don’t have issues with the hover. That’s very strange that you can’t press update or install. Do you have any error in the console while trying to click on buttons? You can use Gyazo tool to make short videos of the desktop.
