1) Try to disable jetpack plugin and check then.
2) Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Related products > Related Products Per View > set 6 for desctop.

1) As I can see the Elementor plugin is activated on your site, but if you are using WP Bakery, it would be better to disable another page editors.
You are using a lot of plugins, one of them can cause a conflict with the WP Bakery, so try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how Frontend Editor works then.
Meanwhile, you can use Backend editor.
Also, check if Number of slides per view of Custom carousel element works correctly with disabled additional plugins.
