    Hello,
    my site totally break when i try to update the theme, can i please have support for this?

    Hello,

    Have you followed our docs and updated the theme and Core plugin? https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update Have you cleared cache after the update?
    Provide FTP access also.

    Yes i tried but i had to reserve update all the test!

    Hello,

    Updated. Please check the site now.
    We’ve renamed old theme and Core via FTP, if all is fine now, you can delete these old versions.
