Loco translate plugin will be enough.
Please read this article https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ Rename translation files of the theme to xstore-fr_FR.po, xstore-fr_FR.mo via FTP, and move them from the current folder into /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder. Then go to Loco translate > Themes > XStore > Français > Sync – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , continue the translation.
Also, create a translation for XStore Core plugin – Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.

Sorry for the delay in answering.
1) The language switcher on the top header area is just an example, that you can use such feature like language switcher.
You can change the content of this area in Appearance > Widgets > Place in header top bar area.
Please read WPML plugin documentation – https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/
2) Theme Options > Typography. If this doesn’t work, provide screenshots and temporary wp-admin access. Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.
3) We need temporary wp-admin access, to take a closer look.
4) Add the next code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global custom CSS:

Provide URL of page where do you have the problem. I’ve checked one of your categories, all works fine, at first sight.
“Products Per Page” and “Per Page Variants Separated By Commas” you can change via Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout, but these settings do not cause any conflict with the Scroll plugin.

As was mentioned check the content of the product, a reason for the problem can be there. Create a new product with the same content / settings step by step, you will find out where the problem, or, if the new product works fine, just delete the old one.

1) Theme Options > Header builder > Account > Content Type > Off-Canvas (same for Cart and Wishlit elements).
2) WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-15
3) Go to WooCommerce > Status > press Tools tab > find Import pages button and import the default WooCommerce pages.
4) If you want to use Elementor for this demo version, you need to create the content of pages from scratch. We do not have a ready Elementor demo for the electronics version. But we are working on new demo versions and it will be added in one of next theme updates.
Do not use two editors together, only one, WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor, should be enabled on the site (Dashboard > Plugins > Disable unrequired plugin).
5) Do you see the same on your site – http://prntscr.com/t5fhff ? Open connection blocks and you will see elements inside – http://prntscr.com/t5fhyn Once an element deleted from the header content http://prntscr.com/t5ficp it will be placed on the bottom panel – http://prntscr.com/t5fiu7
