Mobile menu not loading correctly - by Chris searson

    I have an issue with the menu loading on mobile for my website covidgoto.com

    There are white boxes showing when it first loads and then the menu becomes visible a few seconds later.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    It is not a bug, but predefined behavior. You can change “Off-Canvas Type” in Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu.

    Problem is users think the site is broken. Can you actually explain how to remove the white boxes? I can’t find any options to remove it.

    There is no such option, you can submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
    For now, change the menu styling as was previously mentioned.
