You provided FTP to empty directory http://prntscr.com/tno6xp Check the destination folder of the FTP user.
Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check images then.

Hello,

Go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating. You need to manually translate the plugin.
Pre-created translation files that we can provide were contributed by our users, and we will be grateful if you decide to share your translation for the Core plugin.

What about FTP? If you don’t know your FTP host, FTP login, and FTP pass contact your hosting provider and ask this information.

Do you mean Theme Options > Typography > Content > Body Font or Headings? Maybe font for Menu? Does the problem persist with a particular font-family only? We need more detail.
If you don’t know your FTP host, FTP login, and FTP pass contact your hosting provider and ask this information.
