    Please provide FTP access also. Contact your hosting provider and ask FTP host, FTP login, FTP pass, FTP port.
    Where should we go in the Dashboard to be able to see the problem?

    You need to install XStore Core and other required plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
    In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and test if you have the same problem when the default WooCommerce theme is activated. Keep in mind that widgets (Appearance > Widgets) could be messed up after switching and you will need to place them back once enable XStore again.
    Let me know if you have the mentioned problem when the default theme is activated.

    One standard license is valid only for 1 project (1 live and 1 staging websites of the same project). When moving a site from one domain to another please deactivate the theme first.

    When Massive Addon plugin is disabled pages can be edited using WPBakery?
