Sidebar Widget problem after update - by filmguerilla

Hi guys, before the update our site works fine. The shop page sidebar widgets are there. Now, one of the sidebar widget is missing. Not sure why..

This is weird. I never touched the site features lately. I only updated products etc.. Now the collection is missing!

Hello,

Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check then.
If the problem is independent of plugins, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme) and check if you have the problem if the default theme is enabled. Let us know about the results.
Keep in mind that widgets could be messed up after theme switching, so maybe you will need to add them to correct widget areas again after switching.

seems like other widgets are working. others don’t testing widgets right now.

If the default WooCommerce Filter by attribute widget does not work even with the Storefront theme then we would recommend you to contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

What exactly is wrong? Copyrights widget?
Sorry, moved it to the correct position. Seems it was in the incorrect area after theme switching for testing.

I fixed it already. Damn i hate updating themes and wordpress. oh well. it’s inevitable..

But that the widget problem.. 🙁

I made the widget 3 columns right now. I hate seeing the blank column.

I tried the 8theme swatches. Looks good but no dropdown option.

Yes, unfortunately, we don’t have drop-down option for our widget. But try to contact WooCommerce support, maybe they help you with the default widget.
