Visual Text Editor Not Working - by R - on WordPress WooCommerce support

When I try to go to my wp-ebay lister plugin and add new template and try to edit the Text it won’t allow me. Only thing that shows is the Visual highlighted but not Text.

Hello,

Have you tried to contact support of the plugin? Do you have the problem with our theme only or with a default theme too?

Yes, I have. They said it’s a theme issue.

Dear,

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
Could support of the plugin check the problem more deeply and give some tips on what exactly can be the reason and how to fix?
Provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access, so we can check what can be done from our side.

Hello,

Please provide FTP access also. Contact your hosting provider and ask FTP host, FTP login, FTP pass, FTP port.
Where should we go in the Dashboard to be able to see the problem?
