As was mentioned, to remove this block https://prnt.sc/ubbwk0 you need to delete upsells product items from product settings – https://prnt.sc/uavqbv
This block https://prnt.sc/ubbxjg is a static block https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/widgets-custom-widget-areas/ , that is placed in Appearance > Widgets > Single product page Sidebar.

Could you, please, go to Plugins > disable and remove XStore Core plugin, then go to XStore > Plugin Installer > install it again. Check the translation after that. If it doesn’t help then provide us with access to your Dashboard.

You can only change the color of this with custom css (Theme Options > Theme custom CSS):

Have you translated XStore Core plugin?
Loco translate > Plugins > Royal Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
If the translation already exists, click on sync btn – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ Then find and translate untranslated strings.

You need to fix these errors with fonts https://prnt.sc/uaac0n , read this article https://crunchify.com/how-to-fix-access-control-allow-origin-issue-for-your-https-enabled-wordpress-site-and-maxcdn/ or contact your hosting provider to get assistance. It is independent of the theme.
