Hi, I just tried a ‘test’ checkout before launching my site, but an error came up on screen with a red banner background…..but it was cut off so I couldnt actually read the error. (I can send you a screenshot if you tell me where I can upload – I cant see an upload option on here?)

The page did not progress to any kind of confirmation that the order was successful. It stayed on the checkout page where the customer has entered their details. But then I get notified on the Woo Commerce app a few mins after the initial error that the transaction was successful and the order has been place.

I really need to get this fixed asap. I cannot have the website telling customers that the transaction did not go through, but have woo commerce telling me it has.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Hi,

Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.
Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and test if you have the same problem when the default WooCommerce theme is activated. Keep in mind that widgets (Appearance > Widgets) could be messed up after switching and you will need to place them back once enable XStore again.
Let me know if you have the mentioned problem when the default theme is activated.

    Regards
