    hi . i can t install the demo .all stay 4hours https://prnt.sc/uuqp6b and when try to intall plugin i have this message https://prnt.sc/uuqrz2

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version – 7.0.2 ( https://prnt.sc/uus20f )- https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
    In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
    Once you get the latest version of the theme and Core plugin, the import should go fine.
    If you need our assistance with the demo content installation, provide temporary wp-admin access. Also, let us know what demo version do you prefer.

    my theme have last version but no going

    As I can see, you have updated the theme. What about Core plugin? Have you installed it via FTP?
    Please provide temporary wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
    What demo version you can’t install?
