As I can see, the theme is activated on 2 sites – https://prnt.sc/vk4b1n Is it 1 project? Do you want to activate it on the 3-rd site of the same project?

What about wp-admin access? Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,
It was a problem in 7.1 version, but it is fixed in 7.1.2. Try to clear all cache (browser, plugin, server) and check then.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

1. Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Hide sidebar for mobile devices > Off.
2. Yes, or add the next code In Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS:

Hello,
Go to https://github.com/OlgaBarlow/Translation-of-Xstore-theme/tree/master/Xstore select folder of your language, download file – https://prnt.sc/vjwjhq
Connect to your server via FTP software (FileZilla) > go to /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder and upload the .mo file there.
Install and activate Loco Translate plugin, go to Loco translate > Themes > XStore (parent theme) > open translation of your language > click on Sync button, continue translation, click on Save.

Create a translation for XStore Core plugin – Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
