Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme. Check if you have this code in xstore/woocommerce/content-product.php http://prntscr.com/vmovix
Did you rewrite this file via child-theme/woocommerce/content-product.php – if so then please update your child file accordion to xstore main theme file.

1) Follow this article to translate the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/ , and WooCommerce – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/ Do not forget about Core plugin. Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
2) If you want to run the fresh WordPress installation you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.
3) What features disappeared? Maybe we will be able to help restore them without the reset.

Go to XStore > deactivate theme and then activate it again using your purchase code.
After that follow the instructions and press the Check updates button https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ Update both: theme and XStore Core plugin. Or you can do the update via FTP, as described in the documentation.
After the update, you need to re-save Theme Options (go to Theme Options > click on Publish) and clear cache.
