    Hi I have a problem,

When the website is loading, before the homepage slider loads, it seems broken. What could the problem be? Can you check what this is about please?

The slider is on top of the home page. Just below the menu.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
This behavior relates to scripts of the revolution slider. When the page is loading the row is not full with so the image is in the container then script makes it the full width and the image becomes full width. You can enable the preloader (Theme Options > General) to hide the site while page loading is in progress.

    Regards

    Hi again,

I don’t need a preloader on the website. Isn’t there any CSS or something to fix the problem?
If it’s a revolution slider problem then isn’t there any option to make it full width?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Try the next – go to edit page > [8theme] Layout options > set Custom background color, then set white background for rows where it is needed and check how the page looks then.

Also, you can follow this article to speed up the content loading – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website
