Problem with Shop and Categories - by stuccolab

Hi guys,

I have a problem with Shop and Categories. I installed the WP Bakery Demo “Home Decor” without significant issues, but the viewing of the pages “Shop” and “Categories” is uncorrect. I tried to change something with Theme Option, but without result.

How can I solve the problem? Thanks!

Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Please check now.
I’ve disabled “Show Excerpt In Content Product” via Theme Options, because the content of the excerpt caused the layout issue.
As I can see, you have disabled the banner for Shop page, so I’ve added a header without the overlap on the page. You can find and edit this header via Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > Edit Custom header.

Wow thanks! All works fine. Now there is only the problem with padding, so shop and catagories goes over the Menu, but I want to display all under the Menu. How can I solve this?
