1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear all cache, check how the scroll works then.
2) Theme Options > Header builder > Top header > Content Zoom (%)
or add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:

}

3) As I can see, you are using WPML, so contact the support of the plugin to get assistance

The Size guide image can be uploaded in 2 ways: 1) global, for all products, via Theme Options 2) for a particular separately – Dashboard > Products > edit product > [8theme] Product Options – https://prnt.sc/x3qa2r
