    Am I wrong if I do the translation directly in this folder via notepad https://prnt.sc/wx3gge

    Hello,

    Please read about translation of the theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
    WooCommerce – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/ Core plugin – go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.

    I’ve read that before.
    Am I wrong this way if I translate?

    Yes, you will lose translation after the theme update.
    Translation files (.po, .mo) of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder, with correct names – https://prnt.sc/wz6u6l
